Parneet Chohan is a counsellor and meditation facilitator in private practice. With a MA in Counseling Psychology and over a decade in Vipassana training, they utilize mindfulness, somatic experiencing, authentic relating, parts work and narrative therapy to create a hybrid space for liberation, wholeness and embodiment to emerge. Since 2013, Parneet’s work has been rooted in anti-capitalist, queer, feminist and Buddhist wisdom with a focus on systemic trauma through an intersectional lens. They direct their efforts towards supporting individuals and communities marginalized by race, sex, gender, immigration, sexual orientation, and developmental trauma.
In addition to their private practice, Parneet facilitates authentic relating games, mindfulness group practice and has co-organized international community gatherings such as Touch&Play and Systems Level Somatics. When deemed important, Parneet identifies as non-binary, female-bodied, racialized, pansexual, neurodivergent and second-generation punjabi-canadian.
Foundational Advisory Members (FAM) are a council of dedicated professionals who directly support the growth and evolution of MTL Healing Space. The purpose of FAM is to nurture the growth and strategic direction of MTLHS through its development and provide diverse wisdom and support on MTLHS activities including membership, community offerings, community repair and any other aspect of MTLHS that needs support. FAM are respected and trusted voices vital to ensuring MTL Healing Space flourishes as a grounded, impactful community resource.

He has taught meditation for over a decade, establishing mindfulness programs in two schools in China and guiding practices in high schools, universities, with sports teams, and in corporate settings across Canada.His journey with sound began in China in 2014 with a single Tibetan bowl that sparked a deep passion for healing through vibration. Since then, he has studied sound healing in India and Canada, offering restorative sessions with Tibetan and crystal bowls, tongue drums, and other sacred instruments that support relaxation, grounding, and emotional release.
Fimo is also the author of three novels, the writer of the short film La Viande, and host of the When The Village Meditates podcast.

For 25 years Sage has offered an integrated approach to therapeutic change and transformation with somatics, relational care and towards embodied liberation. In working with folks one-on-one, mentoring and with groups, Sage deep dives into lineage, presence and mystery through integrating wisdom they've learned practicing bodywork, biodynamic craniosacral, family constellations, somatic experiencing, intuitive energy work and DJ'ing ecstatic dance.
Sage’s personal experiences of being trans, adopted and white-bodied greatly inform their passion towards creating conditions, both one-on-one and in educational spaces, which nurture access and belonging for all participants. Sage believes in the potency of healing in the now which centers care and collaboration with forces of love bigger than us.

Ez Bridgman is a master facilitator, trainer, and coach specialising in awakening aliveness and agency through creative shadow work. His work combines process design, somatic expression, improvisational arts, clowning, and transformation through inner and outer conflict. He crafts bold experiences that push the boundaries of learning and growth from a base of humour and psychological safety.

Amanda Franz is a 5th generation US/Turtle Island born white, queer, settler of Slavic and Germanic descent, living in the unceded territory of the Western Abenaki. Amanda is a somatics and trauma educator / bodyworker / therapist, conflict mediator, community organizer, and farmer.
They collaboratively run The Everything Space, a politicized somatics studio working at the intersections of embodiment, social justice and co-creating liberatory, abolitionist, cultures of belonging. They hold certification as a Somatic Body Practitioner, an ISMETA Somatic Movement Educator and Therapist, a Level II Collab trainer and facilitator, a mediator in the Transformative Mediation lineage, and a BA in Visual Arts from Oberlin College. Their work weaves together many revolutionary forms as threads of a deep listening to the self as body in service of the Great Turning.

Natalie Abdou supports individuals and groups in adapting to and embodying the sacred heart principles and values of the new paradigm in its emergence. They are a weaver of participatory, embodied, creative and ancestral practices that invite and enliven the wisdom that lives within us all, in service of personal, interpersonal and systemic healing and transformation. As a facilitator, artist, reiki practitioner, earth-tender and creative soul, Natalie engages with InterPlay, Theatre of the Oppressed and Non-Violent Communication, among other participatory, body wise learning and healing modalities.

Gabrielle Hélène is a neurodivergent teacher, choreographer, and multidisciplinary artist living on unceded Mi’kmaq land in Gespeg. From an early age, dance and movement became her primary tools for navigating socio-cultural contexts and complex emotional landscapes, supporting a deep sense of embodiment and self-regulation. Her practice expanded at fifteen through yoga and meditation, mentored initially by Karen Major, a master trainer in the Iyengar tradition.
She holds an honours degree in Choreography, Dance Injury Prevention, and Jazz Vocal from York University, and has completed over 40 continuing education programs in movement, fitness, somatics, and wellness. Gabrielle Hélène has taught internationally, offering dance, yoga, and somatic movement workshops across Canada, the United States, Spain, and Rome.
Her participant-centred teaching approach prioritizes physical strength, creativity, and autonomy. Over 25 years, she has developed an extensive pedagogical toolbox supporting well-being and self-actualization. Her artistic work includes multiple dance and multidisciplinary projects, notably two award-recognized dance films presented at Canadian festivals. She is also an accomplished jeweler and upcycle artist, sharing her work through her small business, KaleidoRevival.
