Located in the heart of Montreal, MTL Healing Space offers 1,500 sq ft of quiet, sunlit space designed for therapists, facilitators, and community workers offering systemic, holistic, and justice-rooted care. The space includes rooms for individual, couples and group therapy and practice.
An ode to radical, multi-use, community spaces like the Saint Emilie Skillshare, MTL Healing Space carries the same spirit of co-creation, community, creativity, expression, and shared purpose. It is a third space shaped by care, reflection, intention, and generosity.
The space itself was designed to embody East Asian cultural roots through rich, bright colours, earthy textures, warm decor, and a peaceful atmosphere. The space intends to be a place of refuge, being both grounding and expansive, where culture and identity are interwoven into the environment itself.

We are seeking values-aligned professional members who are seeking colleagueship, friendship, and shared professional practice. This includes but is not limited to, somatic experiencing® practitioners, counsellors, talk therapists, psychologists, marriage and family therapists, art and drama therapists, group therapists, and somatic practitioners.

MTL Healing Space exists on the unceded lands of the Abenaki, Anishinaabe, Atikamekw, Cree, Huron-Wendat, Inuit, IInus, Wolastoqiyik, Mi'kmaq, Kanien'kehá:ka, and Naskapi Nations. We recognize we are visitors to these peoples and lands, and benefit, survive and thrive from the protection, devotion and wisdom of these Nations.
As immigrants and diasporic peoples from various backgrounds, we are only beginning to understand what it means to build an honest, intimate connection with lands and living beings of Tiohtià:ke. We humbly ask “what does it mean to build right relationship here as immigrants?” and “how can we create community here as guests?” in Mooniyang, or what we know as Montreal.
