Located in the heart of Montreal, our 1,500 sq ft sanctuary offers sunlit, quiet, and thoughtfully curated rooms for:

One-on-one therapy
Couples or family sessions
Medium size groups or community practice

Whether you’re a facilitator, therapist, healer, or community organizer, our space is designed to hold your work with care and integrity.

Pricing & Term Details

Although you don’t need to be a member to book space at MTL Healing Space, all committed renters who rent for at least 1 year automatically receive MTLHS membership, including visibility on our MTLHS website listing, Peer Supervision, Social Connection Events, Seasonal Skillshare Events and discount rental options.

Rates vary depending on the room and length of sublease. In-Person office rentals are available in 6-hour blocks with two options per day:

Morning/Afternoon: 8:30am–2:30pm
Afternoon/Evening: 3pm–9pm

Large Group Room rentals may be booked by the hour, with a 2-hour per month minimum. The 6-hour block system does not apply to the large group space.

Our membership rates support the sustainability of the space and the practitioners who use it. If cost is a barrier, we invite you to email us about accessibility considerations.

If you’re an organization, collective, or company interested in running programming, retreats, or workshops that align with our values of accessibility, equity, and systemic healing, we’d love to host you.
