We collect and use your information for the following limited purposes:

• Identity and contact details (name, email, phone): Account management, billing, and essential communications.
• Professional information (licenses, insurance, biography): Credential verification, inclusion in the member directory, and compliance management.
• Financial data (billing address, payment history): Transaction processing via secure payment processors.
• Images and recordings: Promotion and documentation, according to the terms of our separately signed Media Release Waiver.

3. Consent and Use

Your consent is obtained explicitly at the time of collection. By submitting your information, you accept its use for the specific purposes outlined in this policy.

4. Information Sharing

We do not sell your data. Limited access is granted to:

• Other members: Your name and biography are accessible in the internal directory.
• Subcontractors: Service providers (payment, hosting) bound by confidentiality agreements.

We retain your information only for the period necessary for the declared purposes or legal obligations (max. 7 years for tax documents). Appropriate technical and organizational security measures are in place to protect your data.
