Because our model is intentionally community-centered, space is limited. Tier 2 membership is capped at 17 practitioners. By keeping numbers small, we protect the quality of connection, peer supervision, and social practices that make this space unique.

Monthly Peer Supervision Circle (2 hrs, hybrid)
A facilitated gathering for reflection, skillshare, and professional development in a space that centers justice, humility, and care.

Monthly Ventral Vagal Night (2 hrs, in-person)
A guided space to engage in eclectic activities to foster collective regulation and replenish our capacity for compassion, curiosity, empathy and joy. This includes authentic relating games, play, movement, mindfulness, clowning, storytelling, dance, supportive touch and other social and embodiment practices.
Seasonal Skillshare (2 hours, in-person)
A facilitated space highlighting a professional member’s skill, practice, pedagogy or orientation benefiting other members through cross-pollination.

Tier 2 is designed for practitioners who want to be deeply woven into the structured, community-based ecosystem of MTLHS—for connection, growth and restoration.

Facilitation & Flow

All Peer Supervision, Social Connection events and Skillshares are co-facilitated by Parneet and participating members. This is a living, evolving model—co-created by the community, for the community.

If you rent one of our rooms on a regular basis (e.g. 6 hour block for minimum 4 months) you automatically receive Tier 2 membership access at no extra cost. That means you’re already part of our community—and invited to participate in peer supervision, social connection events, and access all the benefits of membership designed to support your work and wellbeing.
